Refund policy
We only accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days after the order is received, and under the following conditions:
- Defective or incorrect products;

Defective products
If the item is defective, you should contact us (via email) describing the defect and, whenever possible, attaching images to demonstrate the issue. Upon receipt of the email, we will contact you to rectify the situation. Shipping costs related to the return or exchange of the defective product will be borne by Rosa Costa Atelier.
Exchanges
To exchange items, please contact us (via email) describing the desired exchange. Exchanges can only be made provided that:
- The products have not been used;
- The products are returned with the original labels intact;
- The products do not show marks of odor, dirt, any sign of washing or any damage that makes their eventual resale impossible.
In exchanges for other items, the difference in price will be refunded if the exchanged part is of a lower value, or the difference will be charged if this value is higher. We do not accept exchanges for products purchased on sale or exchanges for products on sale.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs related to the exchange.
Return instructions
To return an item, ideally place it in the original box and send it via mail to the following address:

After sending it, you must send us an email with the details of the return. We recommend traceable postal delivery.
